Fixed all of my problems with my G3s. No more counted misses if I hit triples of doubles. No more board disconnection if certain spots were hit!

Amazing customer service

I needed a new sensor sheet for my Granboard and after comparing prices from eDart Shop (recommended by GranDarts) & Amazon, eDart Shop was clearly the better choice. Unfortunately I placed the order for the wrong sensor sheet, (my fault entirely), Yuko was so responsive she immediately sent the correct one and just asked me to return the wrong one. I installed the sensor sheet correctly but couldn’t get the board to function. I emailed Yuko to let her know I was reaching out to GranBoard to find the fix. That afternoon Dennis called me, spent about 15 minutes on the phone advising the fix and voila, the Board is up and running. Such personal customer service, so prompt and did I mention friendly and knowledgable? I cannot recommend this shop highly enough! They made a lifetime customer of me and all my friends who also have GranBoards. Thank you Yuko & Dennis!
