Refund policy

Product Returns (Non-Defective)

New, unused (or unwanted), mistakenly ordered products purchased from eDart Shop are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.

Before returning any item, customers must contact us at

to request return authorization and instructions.

Items returned must be:

• New and unused

• In original, undamaged packaging

All returns will be inspected and approved by eDart Shop before any refund or exchange is issued.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, even if the original order qualified for free shipping. A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the item price of any approved return.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

 

Product returns (Warranties/Defective)

Gran Board Products sold by eDart Shop that are claimed/assumed to be defective will be directly addressed/verified/warranted solely by Manufacturer Gran-Darts. (support@Gran-Darts.com)

Refunds

All refunds issued will be made in the same tender in which the original purchase was used. Expect refunds to be issued within 10-14 business days.
