The best way to determine whether your specific device is compatible is to run the AI Model Test in the free GranDarts app before purchasing. You do not need a GRAN EYE unit to perform the test.
How to Check Your Device
- Install the GranDarts app or update it to the latest version.
- Log in to your GRAN DARTS account or create a new account.
- Create or select a Steel player.
- Tap the camera icon in the upper-right corner of the app's Home screen.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to start the AI Model Test.
- If the test completes successfully, you can use GRAN EYE with that device.

Power Requirements
A power adapter is not included. GRAN EYE G2 requires a USB Type-C charger with Power Delivery support, a 12V output, and 25W or higher recommended power.
USB Type-A adapters and Type-C adapters without Power Delivery support may not provide stable operation.
